Babee ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application. By using Babee, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal information necessary to provide our services:

• Device Identifier: A unique device identifier used to manage your account, subscription status, and feature access. This is generated locally on your device.
• Push Notification Token: Used to send you optional notifications about your generated content and app updates.
• Device Language & Country: Used to provide localized content and comply with regional requirements.
• App Version: Used to ensure compatibility and provide appropriate features.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. Facial Data & Photos

Our app provides AI-powered baby prediction and entertainment features that allow users to select photos from their device's photo library. Here is how we handle these photos:

2.1 Collection

Babee does not collect facial data. Users may voluntarily select photos from their device's local photo library to use with the app's features. No photos are automatically accessed, scanned, or collected without explicit user action.

2.2 Processing

All image processing for baby prediction, resemblance comparison, and AI entertainment features is performed entirely on-device. Selected photos are processed locally within the app and are never uploaded to any external server, cloud service, or third-party platform.

2.3 Biometric Data

Babee does not create, collect, or store any biometric identifiers. No facial geometry, face maps, facial feature vectors, or Face ID data is generated or used by the app. The app does not perform facial recognition or identification of any kind.

2.4 Third-Party Sharing

No photos or facial information are shared with any third parties. User-selected photos never leave the user's device. No facial data is shared with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other external entities.

2.5 Storage

User-selected photos are accessed temporarily from the device's photo library during the active session only. Generated results (predicted baby images, videos, and other AI-generated content) are stored locally on the user's device. No facial data or photos are stored on any external server or database.

2.6 Retention

The app does not retain any facial data or source photos. Photos selected by the user are accessed only during the active session and no references are retained after the feature is closed. Users can delete any generated results from the app's history at any time. Upon app deletion, all locally stored data is automatically removed.

3. How We Use Your Information

The non-facial information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To manage your account, process subscriptions, and provide access to app features.
• Push Notifications: To send notifications about completed AI generations and optional promotional messages. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
• Feature Access: To manage free and premium feature quotas and credit balances.
• App Improvement: To monitor app health and identify technical issues.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Babee offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly plans) and one-time credit purchases. All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. Subscription management and billing inquiries should be directed to Apple.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Device identifiers are stored securely and are not linked to personal identity.
• No sensitive personal data or facial information is transmitted or stored on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Babee is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.

7. Third-Party Services

Babee integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For subscription and payment processing.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): For delivering push notifications.

No user photos, facial data, or biometric information is shared with any third-party service.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete any generated content from the app's history at any time.
• Disable push notifications through your device settings.
• Delete the app and all associated local data at any time.
• Request information about what data we hold about your device identifier by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
