Welcome to Babee. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Babee mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Babee is an AI-powered entertainment application that generates predicted baby images, videos, and related content based on photos selected by the user from their device's photo library. The app provides features including baby face prediction, age timeline generation, resemblance comparison, and AI-powered video/image creation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. User Content & Photos

• You retain all rights to your photos. By selecting photos for use with the app's features, you grant the app temporary permission to process them locally on your device.
• All photo processing is performed on-device. Your photos are never uploaded to any external server.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you select (e.g., you should have consent from individuals whose photos you use).
• You agree not to use the app to process photos of individuals without their knowledge or consent.
• Generated content is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time.

4. Facial Data

Babee does not collect, store, or transmit facial data or biometric information. No facial recognition, facial geometry mapping, or biometric identification is performed. Photos are processed on-device for AI entertainment features only. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Babee offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: Auto-renewable weekly subscription.
• Monthly Plan: Auto-renewable monthly subscription.
• Quarterly Plan: Auto-renewable quarterly subscription.

Additionally, users may purchase credit packs for individual feature usage.

Subscription Terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Generate content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls.
• Use generated content to deceive others into believing it represents real photographs.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Babee and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of your original photos.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, realistic, or satisfactory.
• The app will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
